A gigantic thank you for starting off our Christmas so magically the past 7 years at Little Leaves Childcare. How you interact so naturally with the children and have a quick answer for everything is worth beyond measure. We love the attention to detail you have for the smallest things. You have a heartwarming persona and is always something we look forward to at Christmas time. We will be wanting to book you in for the next 7 years plus. The children particularly comment on your real beard and beautiful outfit which is nothing short of the most fantastic Nordic attire. Thank you again.

Smile is an established day centre for adults that require additional support.

We know it’s only 1st October but we can’t wait to have Father Christmas come to visit us again this year! He has come to Smile every year and always remembers our Smiler’s names!

For those that do not attend Smile…. It’ll be well worth visiting him at Wicksteed Park this year.

Amazing santa experience.

We went to see santa and were very happy with the experience. We were not rushed when in with santa, he was very calm and softly spoken and took his time talking to the kids and taking photos. One of the best santas we've ever been to see.

Santa visit

We took our grandsons to see Santa at Wicksteeds- he was absolutely brilliant- along with the 2 Elves that were helping him that day. The price is very reasonable (although we picked the day with the worst weather) so only visited Santa and went on the train (staff here were also brilliant). We will certainly book again next year - hopefully the weather will be better and will make use of the armbands to go on other things.

Best Santa

The Santa at Wicksteed Park is the best one I have ever seen. He is absolutely brilliant. We were a large family of 13, 5 kids and eight adults, and he took the time with all the children. He was so convincing when we came out, the children thought he was the real Santa.🎅🏻 So cute. I would go back every year if this were the same Santa. Honestly, I can’t praise him highly enough, and I have taken the children to see many over the years.

Christmas experience.

It was absolutely amazing, my toddler loved seeing Santa and going to the elf workshop to pick a present! We saw reindeers, went on the train and a couple rides and went to the farm! A fantastic day out and a great experience for seeing Santa for the first time! Staff were great!

Wow, we have just had our grotto experience and I couldn’t not review. We usually do frosts, but after them consistently increasing their prices and a few ‘off’ Santas, we decided to try here. Honestly, it was just magical. My 8-year-old is questioning everything this year, and even she walked away saying, ‘That was definitely the real Santa. ’ He was great, he really took the time to speak to the kids and make them feel special. The elves were lovely and all spoke to the kids. And even the presents from the gift shop were great. There were reindeer too. My kids could have spent all day on the rides and the train. We will definitely be back next year and make a longer day of it by paying for the soft play and getting some food here too. Thanks, Wicksteed!

I would like to express our thanks to the wonderful Santa, who was very good. My nephew, who is 3 years old, doesn’t speak at the moment; however, Santa was very good with him. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We all felt that, despite the weather, we had a great time.

The best bits.
1, Picking your own present and the choice was amazing! It was like toy shop, lovely.
2, The best Santa we have seen, his outfit, face and voice and the questions he asked and how he held himself. Truly the most wonderful Santa we have been to in 8 years!
